Accounts

You must be 18 or over to create an account or to publish. A minor is refused. There is no identity check.

Sign-up uses an email address and a password. This version has no phone sign-in and no Google, Facebook, or Instagram sign-in.

A member has one role: model or producer. A producer chooses one profession: photographer, videographer, studio, or art director. Only support can change the role.

Confirm the email address before a trip, a photo, or a shoot request is published. A profile shows a display name, an optional photo, a base city, spoken languages, a short biography, and a gender. The date of birth is stored and is not shown. Age is shown only if the member asks for it.

Profile links are optional. Each link must be https, with no link shortener. An automatic check runs, then an admin or a staff member approves it before it is public. The server does not open the page.

Places

A location is a city and a country. The site never asks for a street address.

The map shows who is in a city on the chosen dates. There is no search by kilometer radius. A past trip leaves the map and stays on the profile as history.

A model with no trip on those dates does not appear on the map. A producer with no covering trip appears in the base city, when that city is public.

Photos and links

A profile photo and portfolio photos stay hidden until an admin or a staff member approves them. A refusal includes a reason. The member can send a corrected photo.

One gallery holds at most 25 photos. There are no albums. Accepted files are JPEG, PNG, WebP, and HEIC. The original file is not kept. EXIF data, including GPS, is removed. The longest side is at most 2,000 pixels.

Comments are for signed-in members. Staff can hide a comment.

Fetish/NSFW

The Fetish/NSFW option is off until the member turns it on. A Fetish/NSFW style is visible only when both people have opted in. Style names are never blurred.

A photo marked Fetish/NSFW stays blurred unless the viewer is signed in, has certified being 18 or over, and has accepted the photo terms.

A community style is neither public nor searchable until it is approved. Pornographic, illegal, non-consensual, or minor-related proposals are refused.

Requests and payment

Shoot requests stay inside the site. A profile does not show an email address or a phone number.

A request has a city, dates, one or more styles, a message, and a conditions field. ModelMeetup does not take payment, does not employ anyone, and does not handle an image-rights contract.

A request can be sent, accepted, refused, completed, or cancelled. A refusal does not need a reason. After acceptance, either person can cancel. A review opens only after both people mark the shoot finished.

Reviews and reports

One review per person and per finished shoot: a score from 1 to 5 and a short text. It appears on the other person’s profile. That person can reply once. A review cannot be edited after it is sent.

Do not put a name, an email address, a phone number, or a street address in a review.

A member can report a review, a comment, or a message. Staff can hide it. Staff does not close an account in the member’s place and does not change the site-wide settings.

Export and deletion

A member can export the profile, trips, kept photos, shoot requests, messages, and reviews that member wrote.

After a confirmed closure, the account is closed and personal data is erased. Reviews that member wrote stay on the other profile as “Former member”, with the shoot date and the star rating. The written text and any reply are removed. Reviews that member received disappear with the profile.
